Rusty Zimmerman

(American, b. 1979) is the Founder and Artist of the Free Portrait Project.

Zimmerman’s work has been published in New York, London, and Tokyo, and featured in the New York Times, CityLab, and the Saatchi Gallery Magazine. He is the poster and portrait artist to former Governor Andrew Cuomo, and has lectured at Wellesley College and Long Island University. Zimmerman lives and works in Brooklyn, NY.
